The Torres brothers use the mychef by Distform professional cooking range to prepare a seasonal dish from their restaurant Cocina Hermanos Torres: an ‘Autumn Leaf’.

INGREDIENTS (4 serves)

8 printable edible wafers

For the vinaigrette

  • 8 shallots
  • 100 g. laminated dried boletus
  • 100 g. fresh boletus in cubes
  • 2 cloves of garlic

For the cream

  • 300 g. chestnuts
  • 150 g. locust beans
  • 500 ml. milk
  • 50 ml. poultry stock
