Mini zucchini, onion and goat cheese cocas

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 2 medium chives
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 piece of goat roll
  • c / s of oregano leaf
  • c / s of chives

  • Temperature: 180 ºC
  • Time: 12 minutes
  • Humidity: 0%
Elaboration:

Cut the chives into brunoise and fry in olive oil. Then add the zucchini cut in fruit salad and poach as well. Prepare the base dough for the cocas in the traditional way and reserve.

Roll out the dough and cut with a large pasta cutter into circular shapes. Arrange on top of each coca a little of the base of the sauce with the zucchini. Next, arrange some slices of goat cheese on top.

Preheat the mychef combi oven for 10 minutes and bake the cocas for 12 minutes, at 180ºC, without humidity.

Plating:

Once baked, add a little chopped chives and serve immediately.
