Electric or gas oven?

When it comes to choosing a professional kitchen oven, it is crucial to consider the type of power supply that best suits your specific needs. At Mychef, we offer ovens of iCOOK, iBAKE, COOK and BAKE ranges in both electric and gas versions. This variety allows you to select your equipment according to the installation conditions of your kitchen, the availability of electrical power and three-phase sockets, as well as ventilation conditions and extractor hoods, among others.

Can I control my oven remotely?

Yes, you can manage and connect to your oven from anywhere with your mobile phone, tablet or computer. View cooking status, view HACCP analysis data, create and save recipes, and send them to your oven at the touch of a button. You can also share all the contents with other Mychef appliances.

How do I effectively clean my equipment?

Good cleaning is essential for the proper functioning of the equipment.

Mychef strongly recommends the use of CleanDuo cleaning tablets, specially developed to ensure excellent cleaning and care of our equipment. The use of detergents of other brands may cause damage to the equipment which would be directly excluded from the warranty.

For those models that do not have a self-cleaning programme, we also have the optimum liquid detergents for their preservation.

How can I extend the useful life of my equipment?

To keep your equipment in good condition and prolong its service life, we recommend that you follow the instructions detailed in the product manuals. These manuals specify how to clean the equipment and the recommended preventive maintenance cycles. In addition, it is essential to use official components for all repairs.

What is the warranty on Mychef products?
