From 23rd to 25th March, we will be at Galicia Fórum Gastronómico, EXPOCoruña, Stand 463, to showcase the most innovative technology in professional kitchen equipment. We will present our range of professional ovens, accelerated cooking ovens, and vacuum packaging machines, designed to optimise performance and ensure maximum efficiency for any business.
Additionally, on Tuesday 25th March, from 10:30 to 11:30, in the Ágora Space, our Professional Chef Sergio Fernández will discuss “How Accelerated Cooking Ovens Are Transforming Gastronomy”, featuring a live demonstration of the Mychef QUICK, our accelerated cooking oven that streamlines service in the catering sector.
