On May 22, we attended the II Professional Breakfast “Pricing and Price Management Strategies,” organized by AIDABE and InfoHoreca in Madrid, which brought together executives and experts from the Horeca sector to discuss best practices in price management and revenue management in the restaurant industry. 

Our Sales and Marketing Director, Roser Gestí, presented our view on the importance of digitalizing professional kitchens as a foundation for real and efficient price management. 

Technology applied to the kitchen enables the collection of relevant data on oven usage, energy consumption, performance, and processes—key information that helps restaurant managers make more informed decisions regarding the menu, staffing planning, or product turnover. 

“In Spain, there is still work to be done, but digitalization is essential to implement real dynamic pricing that aligns with business operations,” Roser stated during the event. 

This approach was supported by the interesting study “Dynamic Prices: An Effective Strategy in Spain?” conducted by YouGov, which delves into current trends and challenges in price management in the sector.
