Once again, we were present at HIP – Horeca Professional Expo, the leading innovation trade fair for the HORECA sector, held at IFEMA Madrid. These three fruitful days reaffirmed our commitment to technological evolution in the catering industry, featuring non-stop showcookings of our cooking technologies and the unveiling of our latest innovation: QUICK WAVE, the world’s most productive accelerated cooking oven.

Showcookings with Leading Culinary Figures

During the fair, we organised a comprehensive programme of showcookings with chefs and industry experts.

On the first day, we were joined by Insurgente, Madrid’s innovative restaurant blending Latin and Asian flavours. Their chefs, Agustín and Genaro, demonstrated the preparation of one of their bestselling dishes using our versatile technology: “Crispy pork belly, smoked huancaína sauce, and red onion with fresh coriander”.

On Tuesday, we welcomed the Spanish Competitive Cooking Team, represented by chef Mario De Lucas (Restaurante La Duquesa), who impressed with an exquisite “Charcoal-grilled venison loin, roasted sweet potato, and truffle”, showcasing the precision and thermal stability of our ovens.

In the afternoon, renowned pastry chef and culinary influencer Renan Cupcakes demonstrated how innovation in modern patisserie can be enhanced with our smart cooking technology, live-preparing his iconic cookies.

Exclusive Launch of the New Mychef QUICK WAVE

One of the most anticipated moments was the official launch of Mychef QUICK WAVE, the hyper-accelerated cooking oven that quadruples kitchen productivity. Designed to meet industry demands with maximum speed, productivity, and control, this equipment sparked significant interest among professionals and major chains seeking optimisation without compromising dish quality.
