Who are Hermanos Torres and how did their career begin?
We are twin chefs who have been passionate about cooking since we were children. Our interest in this world was born thanks to the influence of our grandmother, who worked as a cook in high society homes. Over the years, we visited the best restaurants and great gastronomic houses, which allowed us to consolidate our careers and form our own culinary vision.

At Cocina Hermanos Torres we offer a proposal that explores flavours and memories. Our first menu is a retrospective of our culinary trajectory, with dishes that reflect our experiences and the passage of time in our career. It is a menu that narrates our evolution as chefs and the importance of memory in our cuisine.

What do you think about the Mychef Cloud system for Mychef ovens?
We really value the Mychef Cloud system in the ovens because it allows us to monitor the cooking process remotely. This is especially important for us, as some baking takes more than 48 hours, and being able to monitor the state of the product from anywhere gives us great convenience and precision, which considerably improves our management in the kitchen.

How did the idea of creating the restaurant Cocina Hermanos Torres come about?
The idea of creating the restaurant came from our passion for cooking, seasonal produce and the desire to share our gastronomic experiences. We wanted to create a space that reflected our personal and professional history, a place where we could relive flavours and memories through our culinary proposal.

Which products from the Mychef range do you use in your restaurant and why did you choose them?
In our restaurant we mainly use Mychef ovens, as well as Mychef iSensor vacuum packers. We chose these machines for their advanced technology, low noise level and reliability. These aspects are essential to meet the quality requirements we need in our high-end kitchen.
